Regardless of age, level, or sport, Performance & Mobility teaches optimal movement and neuromuscular control (a type of training that enhances the reaction and communication between nerves and muscles) to prepare anybody—from high-level athletes to recreational gym users to exercise hobbyists—for a healthy, productive and successful season or for those just looking to feel better in everyday life.

Injury prevention screens and programming
Group rate : $320/8 sessions (based on 4-6 participants), discuss smaller group rate.
Rate: $160/hr for 1 participant.
Adult small group options for motor control and mobility. Exercise instruction for core activation, and motor control. Sold in 4 week packages. (2-4 participants)
